Terms & Conditions

This raffle is being held for Christ the Redeemer Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills ABN: 44 227 695 585, 759 Old Northern Rd, Dural, NSW, 2158.

The Raffle commences on the 10th of August 2023, closes on the 27th of October 2023 and will be drawn on the 27th of October 2023 at 38 Frazer Street, Lilyfield at 7pm. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Winners may also receive a phone call from the raffle organisers. RULES FOR THE VOLKSWAGON T-ROC RAFFLE

Pursuant to the Community Gaming Regulation 2020

The Volkswagon T-Roc Raffle (“the Raffle”) is being held by the Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills District.
The Raffle prize is a 2023 Volkswagon T-Roc valued at $38,287.99. Registration and on-road costs are included. The vehicle will be registered in the winning participant’s name within 3 business days following the drawing of the Raffle.
Entries for the Raffle close on 27 October 2023.
Each participant may purchase a maximum of 100 tickets in the Raffle.
Registration of the Raffle prize must not be in the name of a person under 18 years of age.
Disputes regarding the conduct of the Raffle or claiming the prize are to be resolved by way of the appointment of an external mediator to investigate any potential complaint and to recommend an appropriate course of action.
Persons conducting the Raffle, including persons determining the winner of the Raffle, are prohibited from participating in the Raffle.
Any person involved in the management of the Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills District is prohibited from participating in the Raffle.
The winning ticket of the Raffle will be drawn at the Christ the Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills District Gala Dinner on 27th October 2023.
The winner of the Raffle will be notified in person at the Gala event on 27th October 2023. If the winner is not present, a phone call will be made and email sent by 30th October 2023.
The winner of the Raffle will have 4 weeks from the date of the draw to claim the prize. A notification listing the winner’s name will be published in the newsletter for the Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills District.
If the winner of the Raffle cannot be notified, or does not otherwise claim the prize, a second draw of the Raffle will take place at The Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills District annual Christmas Carols on 10th December 2023.

Persons under the age of 18 years are unable to enter.

Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations.
