Altar Servers

At CTR, our Altar Server team is one of the most impressive across Maronite Parishes in Sydney, boasting a team of over 15 individuals and growing. We foster a great environment allowing our community to be a part of the liturgy and serve during the liturgy, if you want to serve, click below

Community & Fundraising

As we look to continue to gather our Community and build our Parish home and Community Facilities the members of the Community and Fundraising Committee plan and Organise Events with a Community as well as a Fundraising focus.

Ladies Committee

The Ladies Committee have held Monthly Prayer and Brunch mornings, bake and run our monthly Sunday Cake Stall as well as arrange and host our annual Mothers’ Day and Melbourne Cup Luncheons.

Senior's & Sodality Committee

On the last Tuesday of every month, the volunteers serving on the Seniors Committee arrange a Mass and Luncheon for the Elderly of our Parish to come together for Mass and to enjoy lunch together with music and singing.

The Alpha Course

This 11-week Alpha Course is designed to help with connecting participants more closely to their faith and to experience a sense of real belonging and community.

Divine Renovation Team

The Divine Renovation Team was established to help grow our parish in a special and meaningful way and to take our parish from maintenance to mission

Men’s Group

Meeting on the first Friday of every month, the Men’s group meet together to share a meal and a drink, to build up fellowship and their night includes some faith input in a casual and relaxed atmosphere while building up a spirit of brotherhood.

Welcoming Committee

The Welcoming Committee carry out an important ministry of helping all who attend Sunday and major Feast Masses to feel welcomed and to experience a sense of belonging to the parish family. They offer a smile and word of welcome, especially to visitors and those attending for the first time.

Building & Facilities team

The CTR Building and Facilities team are the core team responsible for all current and future building projects, including the development of our upcoming new Church. They are also responsible for the maintenance of the parish and its facilities..

Faith Formation Team

Our parish faith formation team is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth and development of our community. We provide engaging programs and resources designed to deepen understanding of our faith and foster meaningful connections among members.

Redeemed Teens
(13yrs – 17yrs)

The monthly Teens Gatherings help to bring the Teens together to foster their growing in faith, friendships, and joy, fostering the real sense of belonging to their Parish Community.

Women’s Group

The Women’s Group hold gatherings on the second Friday of every month, with food and drinks, at times a meal or wine and cheese, to provide a casual setting for fellowship, some faith in put and chance for the women to be supported.

Comm's Team

The CTR Comms Team is responsible for all media and online activities at the CTR Parish; they manage social media profiles, update the website and create all notices for the parish, keeping everyone up to date with all things happening at CTR.

Life Groups

Life Groups are a new initiative at CTR that has been developed to allow our community members to regularly meet with each other outside of the church to share their faith journey and grow as disciples of Christ together.

Stewardship Committee

Our Finance and Planning Committee help us determine where our Parish uses our money to help ensure we get the best results. If you have Finance and Planning experience and would like to be a part of this committee, register your interest today.

Youth Committee (18yrs+)

Our Christ the Redeemer Youth gather regularly after our 6.00pm Mass Sunday Youth Mass. From among the Young Adults in the Parish a Committee is elected with up to 12 members to coordinate the arranging of Youth Social Gatherings, Retreat Weekends, Workshops, Charity Events.
